Your “go to” off the shoulder blouse is here! This is just one of a million white tops I own but the first in this fun and flirty style. Off the shoulder has always been around but this year they are huge. When I saw this in Nordstrom I knew I had to have it because a. It was white!  b. It’s flirty and c. It’s by one of my favorite designers, Vince. Although its pretty pricey for a white blouse it is a staple in my book.
